Ans: We have used The Private Postman since we opened back in 2016. We now have four properties across London and a team of over 200 people. The Private Postman helped us not only announce the new residences to the local elderly in need of care, but also in finding our amazing team who deliver best in class care and service to our members.

Our members want to stay in the London neighbourhoods they have lived in, so Mark and his team were great at identifying the right streets and areas to use and we’ve had a really good response from the leaflet drops we’ve done.

We also wanted to recruit from the local neighbourhoods, so people could walk to work and we could support the communities nearby. The leaflets drops really helped us do that in a far more targeted and direct way than job ads and recruitment fairs.

Q2: If you have used other leaflet distribution companies, how do we compare?
Ans: No, we’ve only used The Private Postman as it gives us the ability to really target the neighbourhoods we are in, down to a mile and a half around each property, and walking to work distance from them.

Q3: How much did your business improve after the first 3 drops? Ans: This is hard to say, as we’re so specialist. What we can say is that they really helped get the word of mouth going and we have lots of people coming for tours off the back of the leaflets. For recruitment they worked really well and we were able to staff the homes easily despite the squeeze on care and hospitality staff in the industry.

Ans: Service and local knowledge are amazing, encyclopaedic knowledge of London akin to a Black Cab Driver. Really prompt and proactive. Q5: What % of sales, does leaflets bring into your total sales? We have over 30 residential members now.

Ans: We have used other distribution companies in the past, but TPP offer their GPS tracking and so you know the job is getting done.

Ans: We will see a couple of percent increase in our occupancy in the 2 – 4 weeks following a leaflet drop with TPP.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes we do. Our minimum number for shared door to door distribution campaigns is 5,000 leaflets per postcode. If you have less than 5,000, you will be charged for 5,000 anyway – it’s the minimum job rate. We can print 5,000 leaflets from around £90.

    We can also run a Solo leaflet distribution of 1,000 leaflets from £165 +Vat
