Do you have a minimum quantity for your leaflet distribution service?

Yes we do. Our minimum number for shared door to door distribution campaigns is 5,000 leaflets per postcode. If you have less than 5,000, you will be charged for 5,000 anyway – it’s the minimum job rate. We can print 5,000 leaflets from around £90.
We can also run a Solo leaflet distribution of 1,000 leaflets from £165 +Vat
What do you charge per 1,000 leaflets?
How do I know my leaflets will be delivered?
The Private Postman uses a multitude of exclusive systems simultaneously, making us the only bullet-proof system on the market. GPS alone is not enough. We use three types of tracking:
- Live GPS and Data Track GPS: showing workers walking up and down all roads and paths. Proof of delivery.
- Live client updates let you come and watch the distribution of your leaflets any time you like, unannounced, giving a truly transparent delivery. ‘Ride along’ services are not transparent.
- Live backcheck reporting: our 12-point checks are our industry secrets.
Our Postmen must pass all checks before they get paid. Our results speak for themselves, as do our reviews.
What is the average response rate for leaflet distribution?

There is no ‘one size fits all’ equation to this question. Any distribution company that tells you that there is a single, clear answer to this – beware! If there was, it would be as simple as putting a £100 into the machine and out comes £120 – we would all be billionaires.
Leaflet distribution response rates depend on a multitude of factors including:
Time of year, local competition, leaflet design, distribution company, the overall strategy, quality of drops, your account manager providing constructive feedback to your original campaign plans.

How do I place an order?
How do I get my leaflets printed?
Can you pick up my leaflets?
Do I need to stick to specific postcodes for my distribution campaigns?

Our mapping system is based on what we call ‘Postcode Groups’. These are areas of 3000-8000 households that are selected based on types of properties, demographics and other elements that make for a cohesive target for leaflet distribution campaigns.
You can select from these Groups when you’re deciding where you want your distribution to be targeted. Sometimes these Groups correspond to postal sectors and sometimes they don’t.
There is a lot of flexibility in our distribution system and as such, when needed, these Groups can be broken down into even smaller areas for you to select and target.
Can you hand out flyers outside of a tube station for me?

Do you always deliver multiple flyers at the same time?

We mostly run shared distribution campaigns. This means that each distributor is delivering flyers with at most two other high quality, non competing clients through each door.
This is an industry standard and allows for the best results at the best cost.
We can also run solo distribution campaigns, where we distribute leaflets for only a single client in a given area. This could be due to the client’s request or because the distribution campaign is taking place in an unusual location.
The cost per 1000 leaflets delivered is higher for these campaigns in comparison to shared distribution.
