Hand-To-Hand and Door-To-Door Leaflet Distribution

There are many ways to get your flyers out into the world. The techniques will range from something like leaving leaflets on the wind-shields of parked cars to expertly crafted residential delivery.

Through the years all reputable companies have now settled on three acceptable ways of distribution. These do not include leaving leaflets on cars or stuck in the doors any other messy techniques that do not work and only serve to annoy the residents of the areas you wish to serve with your products or services.
Most leaflet distribution companies either deliver through letterboxes to residential addresses, to businesses or hand-to-hand outside of tube stations or in other busy areas mostly in Central London.
We occasionally get questions about the latter technique from our clients and they are often surprised when we make it clear that we do not offer hand-to-hand leaflet distribution services.
Here are some of the reasons why.

They way hand-to-hand leaflet distribution works is as follows. A distributor goes a busy area like a tube station and hands out leaflets for two hours during the rush hour. After a couple of hours the distribution stops since the window of opportunity for the highest number of deliveries is gone. Later in the day another distributor comes to the same area to deliver leaflets during rush hour again.

A four hour shift like this will cost £100+VAT at the minimum. In this time you can realistically expect some 500 leaflets delivered if everything goes perfectly. Most days will probably deliver smaller numbers.

Our bespoke and carefully planned door-to-door residential deliver can provide you with much higher delivery rates at better prices. A four hour shift should produce at least one thousand leaflets delivered in this way and the costs will be generally somewhere between £35-45 for this amount of addresses covered.
Door-to-door leaflet distribution is also very easily to track with the systems we have in place. All our distributors carry GPS devices recording their trail as they deliver. The files from these devices are then downloaded and sent to you as a proof of delivery. The files are very high resolution allowing you to see the worker walking up to each individual house.
We also run a live tracking Mercury System for all our clients. When our distributors starts deliveries in the morning the use our texting system to inform us and you in real time what street the deliveries are starting on and which part of the delivery area they are covering. This means that you get a live update with location and time stamps around every 800 leaflets delivered.
This gives you the piece of mind that your distribution is happening and also provides your with the opportunity to go see your leaflets being distributed anywhere in London. Unannounced.

Door-to-door leaflet distribution is a more cost-efficient way to reach the highest number of households in the shortest amount of time. These households can be categorized by levels of affluence and types of residents. Door-to-door distribution services are simply superior to any hand-to-hand distribution system available.
