Leaflet Distribution NW11
Introduction
NW11 contains some of the more interesting areas for leaflet distribution in North-West London. It is made up of Golders Green, Temple Fortune, Hampstead Garden Suburbs and residential areas close to Brent Cross. NW11 is framed by Hodford Road in the south, Ingram Avenue in the east, Falloden Way in the north and the Brent Cross Flyover in the west.
The majority of the residents living here are under 44 years of age. Around a third of households also include children with half of the population married. Most residents here describe themselves as associate professionals, professionals, managers and directors.
NW11 is famous for it’s Jewish identity and culture. The whole area mostly grew around the newly opened Golders Green Tube station in 1907.
A large number of Jewish immigrants from Germany have settled here in the first half of the 20th century. The demographics of the area are more diverse now with communities of African and Asian heritage present as well. NW11 however still keeps it’s distinctly Jewish identity.
Hampstead Garden Suburb and Temple Fortune
The whole area of Temple Fortune and Hampstead Garden Suburb is mostly made up of large detached and semi-detached homes lining spacious leafy streets. Ingram Avenue would be a good example of this.
Even the busy Falloden Way has a number of large detached town houses on it. The homes here tend to have easily accessible letterboxes with a minimal number of blocks of flats and inaccessible households.
Both Temple Fortune and Hampstead Garden Suburb are staple areas for us as they are very affluent and in demand by companies looking to target households in North West London with leaflet distribution campaigns.
Local events, Estate Agents and local restaurants often target this part of NW11 as well as tutors and household focused companies.
Brent Cross
Brent Cross is best known as a commercial district with a large shopping centre. Upon closer inspection, however, one will find a relatively large number of residential homes next to the Brent Cross underground station near the Brent Cross Flyover.
The demographics here are in line with the rest of NW11 with mainly semi-detached privately owned residences. As this area is separated from the Brent Cross shopping centre by the Brent Cross Flyover it’s character is very typical for a suburb in the North-West of London with almost no commercial addresses here.
Golders Green
Golders Green has a slightly more varied demographic make up compared to the above mentioned areas. Most of Golders Green however is still made up of large detached and semi-detached homes. Hodford Road is a good example of this. Golders Green has a couple of very lively and busy high streets with many restaurants.
