Leaflet Distribution NW6
Introduction
NW6 is a complex postcode to tackle but a large part of it is very interesting for leaflet distribution. It neighbours on Notting Hill in the South, St.John’s Wood in the East, Hampstead in the north and Willesden in the West.
18-44s make up over half of the local residents in NW6
Just over 60% of households here are either one person households or couples without children with a big presence of multi-adult households.
NW6 is a very diverse postcode that requires real knowledge to find the best areas for leaflet distribution in london. In NW6 we are working with three main areas.
The first one is the affluent West Hampstead.
Here we can find larger homes with a decent proportion of households with families and children but also a good amount of young professionals.
West Hampstead neighbours on Swiss Cottage and Hampstead which are some of the most affluent areas of North West London.
Almost all of West Hampstead is absolutely perfect for leaflet distribution. It is full of easily accessible houses with only few roads having larger apartment buildings that are challenging to access.
Overall West Hampstead is one of our core areas that we recommend to a variety of clients on a weekly basis. It can be covered with just under ten thousand leaflets and is one of the best places in London to focus on. Thanks to this our leaflet distributors know this area very well.
It is also one of the best areas for GPS tracking. The relative uniformity of the terrain allows for very clear GPS files.
Kilburn
is an area that required serious attention when it comes to leaflet distribution. Large parts of Kilburn will include council estates, big apartment buildings, rows of shops and businesses.
These places are not very conducive to a successful leaflet distribution campaign.
We have identified some of the most desirable and easiest to access areas that are worth targetting with leaflets. This makes sure that you do not waste any money delivering to unproductive areas and focus your efforts on the best sections of this part of London.
Queens Park
The third and last area in NW6 we cover and recommend paying attention to is the home of the Queen’s Park rangers.
In Queens Park you will find a similar demographic to West Hampstead.
It is an affluent area neighbouring on the W10 postcode that includes parts of Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove.
It also neighbours on Kensal Rise from the West. Kensal Rise is one of the up and coming areas of London full of young professionals and families quickly gentrifying this part of London.
You will find rows of hundreds of Victorian terraced houses that are of interested to sash window companies and all businesses focusing on the household.
Queen’s park is split between two boroughs. The northern part belongs to the Brent borough and the southern part belongs to Westminster.
Leaflet distribution in Queen’s Park
Leaflet distribution in Queen’s Park is a very straight forward business. The households we have selected for our mapping system are all easily accessible.
The level of affluence in this area is ideal since the absolute majority of people living in this part of NW6 live here all year long.
NW6 is a postcode full of contradictions. Since it neighbours on our home territory of NW10 it was one of the first areas we have mapped out and studied at the inception of the company.
Through the years we have become experts on this part of London. If you are interested in targeting NW6 with your leaflet distribution campaign don’t hesitate and get in touch with us.
NW6 happens to be a postcode that we often use for demonstrating some of the more progressive techniques that we use.
Whether that is our dynamic mapping system, repeated leaflet distribution drops or multi-drop, multi-design campaigns for small local business.
NW6 has historically been our laboratory as well on of our busiest postcodes. This is due to the proximity to our original HQ in NW10 but also due to the diversity of demographics.
