Leaflet Distribution SW20
Introduction
The SW20 postcode covers the area of Raynes Park and Copse Hill. It neighbours on Wimbledon in the North, Norbiton in the West, Morden Park in the South and Mitcham in the East. Similar to some its neighbours it is a rather green postcode. It is split in half by Coombe Lane and Bushey Road running from East to West.
Cannon Hill Common, Prince George’s Playing Fields, Raynes Park Recreation Grounds, Cottenham Park and Wimbledon Hill Park are only some of the parks and green spaces one can find here. The Royal Wimbledon Golf Club and Wimbledon Common are both right on the border of SW20 and therefore very easily accessible for most residents.
SW20 is relatively well connected with local buses and has two nicely spread out train stations providing access to connections both into and outside of London for pretty much everyone living in the postcode. Raynes Park station services the South Western Railway and Wimbledon Chase station services the Thameslink and Southern Rail.
The properties here are mainly either Victorian terraced homes or detached and semi-detached houses with a minimal number of undeliverable addresses.
Raynes Park
Raynes Park is ones of the greenest areas in South London. The area around Coombe Lane and Raynes Park station is mostly made up of terraced houses. Many of these being Victorian and 20th century buildings.
Coombe Lane is a busy high street with shops, cinemas and restaurants next to Raynes Park station.
The further south in Raynes Park we go, following Grand Drive, the houses tend to get larger. A good example of this are Cannon Hill Lane and Martin Way. These roads frame the eastern border of the postcode and will mostly consist of large detached or semi-detached homes.
Raynes Park is an excellent area for leaflet distribution, due to its demographics and the density of accessible privately owned properties.
Copse Hill
Copse Hill in the northern part of the postcode has some of the largest homes in SW20. It also directly neighbours on the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club.
If you run a business that focuses on household or garden services in South London, you might want to consider looking at Copse Hill as a potential area to advertise. Most of the houses here have gardens and many of them have trees, bushes and vegetation requiring either landscaping or maintenance.
It also provides a decent ground for advertising for architects, real estate agents, designers, cleaners, plumbers and more.
