New Broadway
The high road running through the middle of the postcode provides the locals here with a great with access to some fantastic restaurants, cinemas and coffee shops.
The above mentioned Walpole Park has also been recently renovated and is one of the best places to take a family out in West London on a weekend.
The schools and nurseries here also tend to be excellent serving the demand from the many young professionals moving here and starting families.
The type of properties we will find here are mainly Victorian terraced houses with a few areas filled with larger detached homes. There are also a few ex-local authority blocks but these have now mostly been privatised.
Hanwell
The average income in W13 is mildly above the London average. It is one of the more family friendly areas in West London and together with it’s neighbour Hanwell it is one of the best places to target for garden, household and family related companies and products.
W13 is one of the easier postcodes to map out and deliver in due to the types of households that can be found here. The architecture as well as the demographics here are going the be very uniform throughout the whole area.
As such we generally recommend including W13 into suitable campaigns as a whole. With that said we have still broken it down to a few groups of 5000 leaflets each and we can provide you with the ability to further target some demographic sub-categories.
All our delivery rules still apply here and we make sure to never deliver in the rain and never fold your leaflets in delivery. This is crucial in an area like W13 where many households tend to be kept in a great shape by young families of city professionals.
Ealing
Ealing and the general area of W13 is one of the more appropriate London areas to run leaflet distribution in. A rather large percentage of homes in W13 are terraced or semi detached houses with very clear letterboxes and active households.
Compared to some areas for example in South-East London W13 is any distributors paradise.
In a very easy to deliver and target area like this consistency and repetition will be key to a successful leaflet distribution campaign.
Running multiple leaflet drops with 3-5 weeks in between is a guaranteed way to maximise your response rates.
There are very few ways as effective as repeated leaflet drops in making sure that all local residents know about the existence of your business. W13 is no exception.
W13 is mostly full of residential addresses and has relatively few undeliverable locations. A A good mapping system still very important even in an area like this. There are however other challenges when delivering to a place like W13.
It covers a very large area compared to other postcodes with the same amount of addresses. On top of this, it is a little removed from the more easily accessible parts of London. As such it can be physically demanding for our distributors to get to the location of the drop and then properly deliver all the leaflets they should.
To remedy this we make sure to be aware of where each distributor lives to make sure that they don’t have to commute to far for deliveries as well as get a chance to use their local knowledge of the area.
If a distributor needs to travel further than usual we also make sure to increase the pay for the given delivery round to honour the difficulty of the job.
As a leaflet distribution company one can have many sophisticated systems in place checking every delivery, updating clients and running perfect stock control.
But the people that are physically executing the deliveries will always be the most important link in the chain. We know this and we work very hard to keep our Private Postmen and Women happy.
